Who We Are
4P Collective was founded by Hunter Stuart after seven years in the Melbourne trades — and too many call-outs spent fixing work that should have been done properly the first time. He kept seeing the same two problems: jobs done halfway, and people paying for work they did not actually need.
4P Collective was built to be the opposite — reliable, efficient and honest property maintenance, done once and done right. Today the team looks after homes, apartments and rental portfolios across Melbourne's inner east and northern suburbs, and is a chosen maintenance provider for a number of top-tier real estate agencies.
The name is the mission — Preservation, Protection, Partnership and Prevention.

4P Collective runs a full-time crew of five technicians, backed by trusted specialist trades — more than 80 years of combined experience across the team:
- Lead carpenter — 45 years on the tools
- Senior handyman — 45 years
- Painter — 15 years
- Commercial plasterer — 12 years
- Domestic plasterer — 12 years
- Carpenter — 9 years
- Handyman — 3 years, learning the 4P way
That mix matters: whatever the job needs — carpentry, plastering, painting or general repairs — there is a specialist on the team who has done it hundreds of times.
